Originally from the suburbs of Philadelphia, Rebecca moved to South Florida nineteen years ago to escape the harsh winters and live out the dream of a year-round warm and sunny beach lifestyle. Also having grown up on the Chesapeake Bay with her grandparents on their boats, she has always had an affinity for being on and near the water.
First getting an office job as marketing manager for a Fort Lauderdale real estate company, after two years and a declining market, she left the business for a more suited yet uncertain and exciting future of working on yachts. Little did Rebecca know the big door that was opening to a small world. Starting out as stewardess, then Chief Stew and working up the ranks becoming a full-time freelance Chef for the last 15 years. Always striving to be a full-on well-rounded team member, Rebecca has always been open to helping on deck with lines, fenders and washdowns, help in the engine room and standing watch. Having been in the catering, restaurant and bar service industry all her life, along with her extensive yachting career and traveling the world for the past 17+ years, she looks forward to using her vast amount of professional knowledge in pursuit of being the most proficient yacht and charter broker, taking an honest and personal approach to finding the right yacht for the right person.
